Framework and supramolecular materials have immense versatility, including the ability to selectively adsorb and organise guest molecules that might be present in very small concentrations. This MS focuses on the challenges, opportunities and applications presented by the construction of host framework structures of all kinds: from MOFs, COFs, HOFs and crystalline sponges to solid state packing and polymorph hierarchy of supramolecular interactions.
