This workshop is on low-resolution structure determination of biological macromolecules with the software package Phenix. The lectures and tutorials will cover experimental phasing, automated model building and (real-space) refinement. The focus is on Phenix tools and methods that are designed for handling the challenges of low-resolution data from X-ray crystallography and cryo-electron microscopy.
